WE ENDEAVOUR TO FULFIL & DISPATCH ORDERS TO UK RESIDENCES WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR PURCHASE
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail as a default, though heavier items may require a courier; either way, every delivery is tracked, with a respective number emailed to customers.
NOTE: Some pieces from our store may require more than the typical 5-7 days to be delivered. If they are out of stock, or under pre-order, kindly remember that we simply cannot maintain full inventory. On the contrary, we hope to have your order dispatched within 14 days of purchase in such cases.
Standard International Delivery can take approximately 28 working days and we ask that you kindly allow for this timeframe before contacting our Client Relations Team to chase your order.
